Passes are valid from the 1st day to the last day of the month for which they are purchased. There are no roll over days, alternative dates or refunds provided under any circumstances.
If the name of the purchaser and the pass designee will be different, please indicate so in the notes section when finalizing a purchase. Once a pass designee is determined, a photo is required to remain on file in the Dragonfly Golf Shop and the pass designee may not be changed for that month. Photos may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or they may be taken in person in the Dragonfly Golf Shop upon commencement of a pass.
Use of the facilities may be limited at the discretion of Dragonfly Management. These limitations may include but are not limited to the following reasons: weather; daylight; events; maintenance.
